Everything We Insulate
Our fully equipped, self-contained spray foam rig carries its own generator, air and heated hoses, so we can work almost anywhere — in town, out in the country, or on a job site with no power yet. Open-cell and closed-cell foam, from Shreveport–Bossier to Ruston and into East Texas.
Homes
Custom Homes
Built-right insulation for your dream home. We work with you and your builder to foam walls, roof decks and rim joists before drywall, so the house is tight, quiet and efficient from day one.
Open or Closed CellNew Construction
Reliable scheduling for builders and owner-builders. Foamed walls and rooflines help homes pass blower-door and energy-code inspections.
Open or Closed CellAttics & Roof Decks
Spraying the underside of the roof deck creates a sealed, "unvented" attic. Your A/C ducts sit in cool air instead of 140° heat — a big savings in Louisiana summers.
Open Cell (most common)Crawl Spaces
Stop cold floors, musty smells, moisture and pests coming up from under the house. We foam crawlspace walls and the underside of floors to seal and insulate.
Closed CellExisting Home Upgrades
Fix hot upstairs rooms, drafty bedrooms and high electric bills in older homes. Great for attic retrofits, knee walls and bonus rooms.
Open or Closed CellRim Joists & Band Boards
One of the leakiest spots in any house. A quick shot of foam seals it for good.
Closed CellAdditions & Bonus Rooms
Room over the garage, sunroom, or new addition — make it as comfortable as the rest of the house.
Open or Closed CellGarages & Workshops
Turn a hot garage into a usable space and keep heat out of the rooms above it.
Open or Closed CellSound Control
Interior walls, media rooms, home offices and floors between levels. Open-cell foam cuts noise between rooms.
Open CellMetal & Post-Frame Buildings
Barndominiums
The go-to insulation for metal and post-frame homes. Closed-cell foam on steel stops condensation and makes a barndo as comfortable as a stick-built house.
Closed CellMetal Shops & Garages
Stop the "sweating" roof that drips on your tools and trucks. Foam keeps the shop cooler in summer, warmer in winter, and quieter when it rains.
Closed CellPole Barns & Post-Frame
Seal and insulate post-frame buildings of any size, including the gaps where walls meet the roof.
Closed CellShipping Containers
Container offices, storage, cabins and tiny homes. Thin, high R-value closed-cell foam saves inside space and stops rust-causing condensation.
Closed CellBarns & Rural Properties
Barns & Horse Barns
Cooler stalls, tack rooms and feed rooms, with less condensation and fewer drafts. Foam also helps seal out birds and pests.
Closed CellPoultry & Livestock Houses
Better temperature control means healthier animals and lower fan and heating costs.
Closed CellHunting Camps & Cabins
Out in the woods with no power? No problem — our rig brings its own. Keep the camp cool, dry and pest-free.
Open or Closed CellEquipment & Hay Storage
Protect tractors, trucks and stored goods from condensation and humidity damage.
Closed CellWell Houses & Pump Houses
Keep pumps and pipes from freezing in winter cold snaps.
Closed CellMobile & Manufactured Homes
Seal and insulate add-ons, porches, skirting areas and attached structures to cut drafts and energy costs.

|---|---|---|
| Feel | Soft and spongy | Hard and rigid |
| R-value per inch | About R-3.5 to R-3.8 | About R-6 to R-7 |
| Moisture | Breathes; not a vapor barrier | Acts as a vapor barrier; resists water |
| Strength | No added strength | Adds strength to walls and roofs |
| Sound control | Excellent | Good |
| Cost | Lower cost | Higher cost per inch |
| Best for | Attics, roof decks, interior walls, sound control in homes | Metal buildings, barndos, crawl spaces, barns, coolers, anywhere moisture is a concern |

About Thermal Innovations
Thermal Innovations LLC is veteran owned and operated, based in Benton and serving Northwest Louisiana and East Texas. We show up on time, do what we say, and stand behind our work — with the attention to detail every building deserves.
Why Spray Foam?
Fiberglass and blown-in insulation slow heat down. Spray foam also seals the air leaks — which is where most of your cooling money escapes.
- Lower energy bills — air sealing plus insulation in one step.
- More comfort — even temperatures room to room, no more hot upstairs.
- Moisture & humidity control — a big deal in our Louisiana climate.
- Quieter — cuts outside noise and rain noise on metal roofs.
- Fewer pests & less dust — sealed gaps keep things out.
- Closed-cell adds strength — and acts as a vapor barrier on metal buildings.

Common Questions
Open cell or closed cell — which do I need?
Open cell is lighter and great for attics and interior walls of homes. Closed cell is denser, a vapor barrier, and the best choice for metal buildings, shops, crawlspaces and anywhere moisture is a concern. We'll recommend the right one during your free estimate.
How long does a job take?
Most homes and shops are done in one day. Larger buildings can take two or more.
Do I need to leave the house?
Yes, for a short time. Occupants and pets should stay out during spraying and for the re-entry time recommended by the foam manufacturer (typically about 24 hours) while the area is ventilated. We'll give you exact instructions.
How much does it cost?
It depends on square footage, foam type and thickness. Every building is different, so we give free on-site estimates with a written price.
Are you insured?
Yes. Thermal Innovations LLC is fully liability insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
